Do you feel like you’re trapped in a cycle where pain or stress makes all the decisions?
You might be struggling with discomfort in your body that never fully resolves—jaw tightness, neck or back pain, stiff muscles, lingering tension from an old injury, headaches or migraines.
Maybe you’ve been told “everything looks fine” but you know something feels “off” in ways that are hard to describe—not quite yourself, or worn down in a way that your body seems to carry.
-
You're not alone.
What you’re feeling is real and more common than most people talk about.
Deep healing begins with a quieter kind of support—one that works with you as a whole person, not just a list of symptom.
A gentle touch that helps your body release long-held patterns of tension—patterns that may hold the key to renewed energy.
You’re ready to explore something that meets you with more gentleness and depth—something that allows your body to resolve the heart of the issue.
It helps to have a facilitator who respects the innate healing capacity of your body.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle touch therapy that supports nervous system healing by addressing restrictions within the body’s connective tissue. Because everything in the body is interconnected, tension in one area—like your calf—can contribute to discomfort in a completely different area, such as your jaw.
During a CST session, we use light touch and gentle techniques to listen to the body’s subtle rhythms, following its natural wisdom to guide the healing process. This gentle therapeutic bodywork approach helps release unnecessary stress and tension, promoting a calm nervous system and overall balance.
Myofascial Release (MFR) is an effective somatic bodywork technique that targets restrictions in the body's connective tissue. Since fascia connects all muscles and structures, tension in one area can lead to pain or dysfunction in other parts of the body.
By addressing these restrictions, MFR promotes long-term relief and can be a key component in pain management. This approach supports whole-body healing by releasing stress, deep tension patterns, improving mobility, and enhancing overall wellness.
With Cranio Sacral Therapy, we may incorporate gentle massage therapy techniques as needed to enhance your session. If you're wondering how to heal your nervous system, CST offers a non-invasive, whole-body approach to deep relief and restoration.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Myofascial Release, and other forms of Therapeutic Bodywork are generally safe, gentle, and well-tolerated. However, as with any bodywork or awareness-based healing, there are a few things to keep in mind:
Temporary Discomfort: Some clients experience mild soreness or body tension release after a session, similar to what you might feel after a therapeutic massage. This typically resolves within a day or two.
Emotional Release: Because this work engages the nervous system and fascia, emotional responses may arise during or after a session. This is a normal part of thehealing process and can be a sign that your body is letting go of stored tension.
Fatigue or General Soreness: A small percentage of clients report feeling tired, lightheaded, or experiencing mild soreness following a craniosacral therapy session. These effects are usually short-lived as the body adjusts.
Skin Sensitivities: If any oils or lotions are used during your session, there is a small risk of allergic reactions. Please inform your therapist of any skin sensitivities.
If you have any specific medical conditions or concerns, be sure to include them on your intake forms so we can ensure that Craniosacral Therapy or Myofascial Release is right for you. Your safety, comfort, and well-being are our top priorities!

Your table session, which includes Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and Myofascial Release Therapy, is a deeply relaxing and personalized experience. Here’s what you can expect:
Before your session, arrive a few minutes early in comfortable clothing to allow time to settle in. If it’s your first visit, please complete all online intake forms and consents before arriving.
During your session, we’ll begin with a discussion of your concerns, session goals, and wellness needs. Your treatment may include a blend of hands-on bodywork techniques, focused awareness, and therapeutic massage techniques. The touch may be light or progressively—but gently—deeper, depending on your body’s response. Experiences vary—some clients feel immediate fascia release, pain reduction, tension relief, or deep relaxation, while others notice changes in the hours or days after.
After your session, we’ll briefly discuss any questions, and how your nervous system and fascia responded. You may feel deeply relaxed, lighter, or even a bit tired as your body processes the work. We’ll go over next steps, including scheduling your next treatment session.
